There are three different ways to search, display and filter operations in VR-ePayment Backoffice.
"Optional" flag
Functions that are flagged as "optional" within the application might not be enabled within the application for you. Merchant Service will be happy to enable this function for you when necessary.
The function "View operations" and the "Global search" (optional) are used to have the search results issued as a table.
The "Dashboard" (optional) presents search results and statistics in the form of charts and diagrams.
Viewing operations
"View operations" can be used to search for operations and have them displayed in a table. Other transactions (e.g. posting, credit) can be added to operations.
Application Button
The button at the bottom allows you to jump to the corresponding page within the application. You must be logged in to jump to the corresponding page within the application.
