This ensures that the links work also if a page is moved.
Please use the "Web link" or "Advanced" linkage only for external links.
Use the macro "Children Display" to show all descendant pages of your or a specific page.
Use the macro "Linchpin Teaser" to show a button-like link to a specific page.
If you have the same content for different pages, you can use the "{Multiexcerpt"-macro. Specify a name for it and then put in your reusable content.
Please do not use special characters in the Multiexcerpt Name.
To show this content on other pages, use the macro "{Multiexcerpt Include", select your source and put it in. Changes in the source excerpt will be synced to the included.
Using design elements such as Teasers in a Multiexcerpt could cause weird appearances. Check the Box "Disable Caching" in the Multiexcerpt Include macro to prevent this.

But there are also hidden libraries / collections e.g. for Wordings (like Platform name), Backoffice instrucutions, API ... You can find them for example by going via the Space Tools to "Reorder Pages".
This contributes to an efficient way of working, as adjustments only need to be made once and are then automatically applied to the included pages.
So please also adjust the corresponding pages in the live space, if changes occur. Even though the page cannot be viewed directly, its contents are still used on different pages.
When using images, click on it in edit mode and select the "Original"-size button for a responsive redering of this image.
You do not need to create diagrams for every language. If you give your diagrams a distrinct name you can link this diagram via {draw.io-Search so that the changes are synced.
You can link pages in different languages so that the viewer can switch between them.
You can do this by:
